Area 3
Kwinageese sockeye are weak and management measures such as reduced days and closures will consequently be in place from July 8th to July 28th. No gill net fisheries planned until after the 28th.
Area 4
Assessment continues in Area 4 as the estimated Skeena Sockeye run size has stabilized over the weekend. Fisheries could be announced on short notice if escapement at the Tyee Test Fishery increases.
