ISRP Report Addendum

Folks are no doubt familiar with the Independant Science Review Panel's Report that came out earlier this year. But, possibly not many know of the Addendum that was issued after the Terrace public meeting.
The Panel felt that some things needed clearing up in light of comments made by certain Panel members and to clear up some data mistakes in the Report.
