DFO gives money to steelhead

Is this the only money DFO will ever be seen giving towards steelhead? Federal tax dollars given to a steelhead fish farm.....
DFO has never invested a dime to protect steelhead yet they can give money to a fish farm to raise them for aquaculture...really says it all about the state of DFO management doesnt it?
